This hotel is situated at a great location near the Astrid Lindgrens' theme park and has a calm and serene environment. the staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and warm floors in the bathrooms. the breakfast is delicious and offers a range of dishes. the bar serves good beer and whiskey for a nightcap.

The noise levels in the campgrounds and rooms can be a bit high, making it difficult to sleep.

- a pretty nice room with own character and mood; - nice outside and inside views of the hotel itself; - super diverse and tastefull breakfast; - good service at reception; free parking and free internet; family with small kids oriented;

- only kids under two years old go for free, all others are for extra rate and I guess it is because of a well-known kids' entertainment place nearby (Astrid Lindgren World) it seems they are making money on kids. It is unpleasant. - sound isolation is too poor;

It is very bad isolation beetween floors and I had a family with several childen ovan us and they get upp att 6.00 am att Sunday and was running antill 8.00 am. I had to get upp att 6.00 also. Ask for the room att the upper floor.

The location was convenient and close to the main attractions. The family room was spacious enough for our family of four. We also enjoyed the playground and the restaurant's family-friendly menu.

Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival and had a musty smell. The breakfast buffet was disorganized, with long lines and limited food options.
